Study on the urban supply side structural reform and new model of urban planning and construction management

In this paper, in order to carry forward the new
urbanization and ensure the implementation of the urban work under the
background of the supply-side structural reform, the contradiction between
supply and demand in the city is conducted from the supply and demand sides,
and the general objective of building the people-oriented high quality city in
the urban supply-side structural reform is put forward, and the emphasis shall
be given to the effective supply of the factors such as urban land, labor
force, capital, technology, etc.; in addition, some thoughts and suggestions
are proposed on how to promote the structural reform of the urban supply side
in Guangdong Province from the perspective of planning, construction,
management and the integration of planning, construction and management. By
strengthening the urban planning and construction management, as a key link and
effective grasp of the urban supply side structural reform, the transformation
and innovation of urban and rural development and construction model can be
promoted.
